Laser cutting is a technology that uses a laser to slice materials. The machine uses a focused laser beam that is directed at the material. Which then either melts, burns, vaporizes away, or is blown away by a jet of gas. leaving an edge with a high-quality surface finish.

1. We use highest quality 0.5mm – 2 mm brass/ stainless steel.
2. These sheets are then cut with a focused laser beam that cuts the material in an appropriate design.
3. Further, we engrave the cut pieces if required for the design.
4. These cut pieces are then carefully painted and buffed by our craftsmen.
5. After buffing, the badges are electroplated and polished again. We provide 5 options for electroplating namely nickel, copper, gold, black nickel, and antique finish.
6. Finally, pins are added to the back of the metal pieces. Then we provide five categories of back pins ie. military back, bell clutches, rubber clutches, safety pin, magnetic back.
